divamadzz asked:

How to have unshakeable beliefs towards our goals?

How to stay strong (emotionally) and fight against all the odds thats coming towards us?

To fight and still standing on our goals..what I meant is sometimes one or the other situations literally puts us down and we become mess

theambitiouswoman:

It is more about having a belief in our self first. If we believe in ourselves, then it will inspire the qualities, actions and mindset that it will take to achieve in our goals. You have to want it, so much so that your commitment for your goals rise above anything else. But none of that is going to happen until you believe in you and your commitment to making it happen. Because WHY NOT?

Everything in life are a test. People need to look at emotions for what they are, instead of living their lives and making decisions, based on them. Everyone deals with challenges. Everyone has problems. Everyone has bad days. None of these things should be used as an excuse. Feel your feelings, but do not make a home out of them. A lot of people want things, but very few are committed. The ones that are committed are the ones who get it.

How do deal with and overcome challenges determine how bad you want it. Even more so, challenges build your character. Challenges teach you skills you would not have if not without them.

It is much easier for people to put effort into things that they see than things that they can not see. That is why you have to believe it before you see it.

The path to achieving your goals is going to be littered with failures and distractions. It is going to introduce you to alternatives, that you may want to settle for. It is going to test your mind, test your desires, test your plans etc. There are not failures, there are only lessons. The only way to fail is if you stop. If you give up. Unless your life ended tomorrow, then you can try again. That is something you need to reprogram your train of thought on. The other is, that you are on no ones timelines but your own. Once you change the narrative with yourself, and take the pressure off that you are conditioned to think, you can free your mind from those emotional thoughts and focus on the qualities that will help you get there. Finally, its the understanding that new things in your life will require not only new habits and actions from you, but new environments as well. Ones that align with your goals.
